Try to go for 1 glass of water early in the morning in an empty stomach to flush away the wastes. Not having water or hydrating enough may lead to increased fine lines and wrinkles earlier according to the clinical studies.

Wash

Washing your face after work out and as much as possible has drastically reduced the fine lines and make you feel much younger. Wash the face with cold water as often. There is a study showing that people who wash at least 15 times daily with cold water looked younger by 10 years. So I hope you too want it.

Smoking

With every puff you take, you all know that it has an increased risk of cancer and other health problems, but you may forget to look at the mirror. It makes you feel older with every puff.

Skincare routines

Try to have a solid and regular skincare routine in the mornings and evenings and try not to skip it. There are many creams and others that are available in the market. Find which is suitable for your skin and then go for it. Don't forget to avoid some harsh scrabs.

Food

Always go from inside to out. If the food which you take is not good or healthy it will not help you in any way to improve your skin from outside. So opt for a healthy diet and lifestyle which is the main and the most important factor for aging.

Go for foods like scrambled eggs earlier in the morning, replace sugar with honey, go for black coffee which is proved to protect your heart and go for tea which is also scientifically proved to protect your heart.

Take some omega 3 fatty acids in your diet and go for some antioxidants naturally that is through foods and vegetables which are a healthier choice. Which will help you to glow from inside and look younger?

Go for healthier nuts which are also best for skin and has an anti-aging property.

There are ingredients that are available in our kitchen too, compensate for the costly creams of anti-aging. Like ginger, banana, green tea, aloe vera, olive oil, avocados, oranges, potatoes, and cucumbers are all-natural resources that can have it you both internally and externally.

Try to opt for a multivitamin

The skin of those people who take multivitamins is comparatively better than those who don't take healthy vitamins from food.

Avoid weight gain

When we gain weight it may stretch the skin and then when we lose, it makes us look much older. So try to avoid this.
