With the outburst of the COVID-19, the world is under major crisis, and the cases of the corona are increasing day by day. As a result, the lock down is being extended in all countries to fight against the deadly virus. Even in India, they have extended the lock down for few more months as there are rising cases. This is steering to less physical activity and sometimes it is very difficult for the people to cope up with the inactive lifestyle.

Enhancing and strengthening the immunity is the crucial one that we can do to stay away from this deadly virus. Immunity plays a drastic role and gives us resistance against the virus in these emergency situations.

Immunity is what we need in this pandemic situation.  Our immune system does a remarkable job by safeguarding us against diseases.

Do you wonder, why we fall sick when our immune system is in place, it is because of the germs which enter into our body.

The immune system is unique for each person and the immunity also differs from each individual. Hence, how to boost immunity? It certainly depends upon one's lifestyle and the genes that they have inherited. Nevertheless, obviously, there are few standards that can be assured to improve immunity during this Covid-19.

Try to consume fresh herbs, mushrooms, nuts and seeds from a plant source,

Turmeric and ginger are promising medicine in the olden days to improve immunity but there are no proven studies regarding that. Yet these are all anti-inflammatory foods. Other than that food like olive oil, fish oil, tomatoes are all rich in omega 3 thus preventing various ailments.

Probiotic foods help to safeguard our gastrointestinal tract by increasing the number of beneficiary bacteria.
Other natural ways are through foods like salmon, eggs, and mushrooms.

Stay hydrated by drinking enough water.
